ASO2 Payroll Officer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused ASO2 Accounts Payable Officer to join a busy Financial Services team on a temporary full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Working within the Accounts Payable Document Capture Team, you will be responsible for managing and organising incoming documentation, particularly invoices received from a variety of sources.
You will also liaise with internal staff, government agencies, suppliers and members of the public to support efficient accounts payable operations.

- Manage and sort incoming mail.
- Prepare outgoing mail for distribution.
- Accurately enter and process data within required timeframes.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Contribute to daily targets and shared team goals.
- Identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Manage competing priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
- A current National Police Clearance – mandatory.
- Strong data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
