Join Our Fantastic Client's Team as a Customer Service Representative!

We are seeking TWO dedicated individuals to join our client in O'Connor as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the bridge between clients, warehouse, transport and operations to ensure the receipt, dispatch and storage of customers' stock.

ASAP start and possibility of permanence for the right candidates!
Sorry not suitable for student and working holiday visas.

Location: O'Connor - near Fremantle
Pay rate: $33.73 p/h + Super
Full time hours - Monday-Friday - 8am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring efficient coordination of all activities
• Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with customers
• Facilitate professional, prompt, and accurate communication
• Coordinate client orders with warehouse and transport teams
• Daily reports and KPIs

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in customer service is essential
• Previous experience in Transport, freight forwarding or Wharf Cartage is HIGHLY desirable!
• Computer literate + excellent data entry accuracy
• Experience Freight Tracker highly desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication literacy and numeracy skills
• Friendly disposition and a can do/will learn attitude!
