About the Role
In this busy and varied position, you will play a key part in supporting customers, managing internal sales activities, and ensuring smooth branch operations. Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, including processing orders, handling enquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinating workflows to meet customer deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Collaborating with internal teams to support order fulfilment and service excellence.
- Preparing quotations, maintaining accurate CRM records, and contributing to sales forecasts and reporting.
- Assisting with stocktaking, credit notes, cash sales balancing, and purchasing from approved suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with WHS procedures and company policies.
- Contributing to a positive team culture by communicating professionally and supporting team goals.

About You
You will bring a customer‑centric mindset and strong organisational skills. Additionally, you will have:
- Experience in internal sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- High attention to detail with strong time‑management capability.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems (experience with IMAS, eCos, or Pronto highly regarded).
- A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.
- Safety‑focused approach and commitment to following procedures.
- Physical capacity to perform occasional manual handling and general warehouse‑support tasks.
