About the Role
As a Business Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting both the sales team and customers across in-store and online channels. You will be responsible for managing finance and insurance processes, ensuring compliance, and maximising finance penetration and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with lenders, internal teams, and customers to deliver a seamless and professional end-to-end finance experience.
What you'll do
Partner with sales teams to provide Finance & Insurance solutions
Manage finance applications from submission through to approval
Liaise with lenders and credit assessors to optimise approval outcomes
Ensure accuracy in all documentation, compliance, and contract processes
Present and sell after-market products including service plans and warranties
Support customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey
Follow up on leads and opportunities to maximise F&I performance
Maintain compliance with all legal, privacy, and regulatory requirements
About You
Previous experience in automotive Finance & Insurance (preferred)
Strong understanding of financial services or lending processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Customer-first mindset with a strong sales drive
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
