An exciting opportunity now exists to take ownership of a large Queensland territory spanning Brisbane to Cairns, including key regional hubs such as Ipswich, Gladstone, Mackay, and Townsville.
This is a commission-only, independent contractor opportunity for a driven Sales Representative who wants full autonomy, flexibility, and control over their earnings while managing a well-established professional haircare territory.
About the Opportunity
You will manage an existing client base while actively developing new business across a long-standing professional territory.
Success in this role comes from consistent territory activity, strong relationship building, and a proactive approach to account growth through education, visibility, and regular engagement.
You will have full autonomy to manage your own diary, travel schedule, and territory strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a large Queensland territory from Brisbane to Cairns
- Re-engaging dormant accounts and building new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships across a broad mix of salons and retailers
- Conducting in-person visits supported by phone and online follow-ups
- Delivering product education and supporting sell-through in salons
- Working closely with education and brand support teams
- Managing your own pipeline, activity, and territory planning
