An exciting opportunity is available for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join a growing automotive dealership as a Mandarin and Cantonese Car Sales Consultant. This is a new car sales focus role at the car dealer.
This role is well suited to individuals who are looking to start or develop a career in sales, particularly those with strong customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and a great communication skill.
This dealership operates with a strong focus on continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence, with principles aligned to Kaizen (continuous improvement) and a commitment to consistently enhancing customer experience, processes, and team performance.
Full training, mentoring, and hands-on development will be provided. This is a genuine pathway into a successful car sales career.
About the Role
You will support customers throughout the full vehicle buying journey - from initial enquiry through to test drive, negotiation, and final delivery.
You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while learning the fundamentals of automotive sales and working towards sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries in-person, online, and over the phone
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Support dealership promotions and marketing activities
- Deliver high-quality customer service at all times
- Handle any ad hoc duties as requested by the Sales Manager
Skills & Experience
- Mandarin and Cantonese language skills
- Customer service oriented (Presentable and good eye contact)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, energetic, and willing to learn
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence required
- Full Australian working rights required
