They are now looking to appoint a Injury Management Lead who will take ownership of their ANZ wellbeing strategy, injury management framework and return‑to‑work programs. This role is ideal for someone who is confident influencing leaders, comfortable working autonomously, and passionate about creating healthier, safer workplaces.
Your New Role
Working across both the Notting Hill and Mt Waverley offices, you'll be the go‑to specialist for all matters relating to wellbeing, workers compensation and workplace injury/illness management. You will work closely with leaders, People & Culture and external partners to build a proactive, supportive and compliant approach to employee wellbeing.
You'll have the scope to shape programs, uplift capability and implement initiatives that genuinely improve the employee experience.
Key Areas of Ownership
- End‑to‑end management of workers compensation and injury management across ANZ
- Creating and embedding health and wellbeing programs tailored to organisational needs
- Managing relationships with EAP providers, insurers and external HSW partners
- Providing expert advice on legislation, compliance obligations and best practice
- Supporting and coaching leaders to build confidence in managing wellbeing and RTW matters
- Developing and enhancing frameworks for both work‑related and non‑work‑related injuries/illness
- Contributing to broader People & Culture and organisational culture initiatives
About You
You'll be someone who thrives in a role with both strategic influence and hands‑on delivery, with a primary focus on injury and return to work management.
You'll also bring:
- Demonstrated experience managing ANZ workers compensation claims
- Strong understanding of return‑to‑work processes and injury management best practice
- Experience designing or delivering wellbeing programs
- Ability to build trust, influence decisions and engage a wide range of stakeholders
- Confident communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Solid MS Office and administrative capability
