Japanese Speaking HR Administrator

We are seeking a Japanese-speaking HR Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis to join a friendly HR team in Rosehill. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide HR support while contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
HR administration, including onboarding, employee records, and basic payroll support
Support HR processes and procedures for Japanese-speaking employees
Assist with recruitment, company policy, and employee engagement activities
Generate HR reports and provide support to management
Promote WHS support and a safe workplace culture
Ensure compliance with HR legislation and Australian employment laws
General office administration duties
Handle any ad-hoc tasks as required
Skills & Experience:
Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written) and English
Previous HR administration/coordinator experience or similar
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Basic payroll support experience is a bonus
Full working rights in Australia (Australian citizen, PR, partner visa, etc.)
Own vehicle may be required to commute to the office due to location in Rosehill
