We're growing our team in Queensland and are looking for a driven, people-focused 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a white-collar desk. If you enjoy connecting with others, work well under pressure, and are looking to build a meaningful long-term career, keep reading!

About the Role
- Writing and posting job ads, screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Coordinating onboarding, VEVO and compliance checks
- Filling temp and perm white-collar job orders across government and private clients
- Managing rosters and supporting payroll, compliance and general admin
- Conducting client site visits and building strong relationships
- Active desk with room for growth and opportunities to build new client partnerships
- Full 360 role managing your own desk while also working collaboratively across all sites
- Manage additional projects within client portfolio, including site visits whilst projects are active
About You
- Previous recruitment experience (white-collar or government experience preferred), we will consider transferable skills
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with business development and growing a desk
- Excellent communication, organisation and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and stay calm when things get busy
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
