Rostering Coordinator

Join a growing registered NDIS provider delivering disability, allied health, employment and community services across Western Sydney. We're seeking an organised and proactive Scheduling & Service Delivery Coordinator to play a key role in coordinating appointments, managing service delivery, and supporting positive participant outcomes.
About the Role
This is far more than a standard scheduling position.
As the central coordination point for multiple service streams, you'll coordinate appointments, manage service delivery, and ensure participants are connected to the right supports at the right time. Working closely with clinicians, participants and internal teams, you'll help drive operational efficiency and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Service Coordination
- Coordinate appointments, assessments and ongoing services
- Manage cancellations, reschedules and waitlists
- Ensure timely commencement of services for participants
Capacity & Operational Management
- Monitor service capacity and workforce utilisation
- Identify and address scheduling gaps, delays and inefficiencies
- Work closely with the Intake team to transition referrals into active services
Participant & Service Allocation
- Coordinate bookings across:
- NDIS Core supports
- Allied Health services
- Employment and community programs
- Non-NDIS services
- Match participant needs with available services and team capacity
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy service environment and enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts.
You will bring:
- Experience in scheduling, rostering, workforce coordination or service coordination
- Experience within Allied Health, NDIS, disability, community services or similar environments
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple schedules and competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of NDIS Core and Capacity Building supports (or the ability to quickly learn)
