Part-time JAPANESE-SPEAKING ADMIN ASSISTANT
- Part-time 3-5 days/week
- Sydney CBD
- Starting 3 August
We are seeking a detail-oriented, Japanese-speaking individual for this role. The position involves follow-up to ensure receipt of responses, so strong telephone etiquette in Japanese is essential.
Candidates holding Permanent Residency, a Partner Visa, or a Graduate Visa are preferred. Please note that student visa holders are not eligible for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, confirm, and update previously collected business data
- Follow instructions from Head Office to update a database of approximately 600 entries
- Conduct follow-ups with companies to obtain survey responses
Key Skills
- Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office software, with a heavy emphasis on Excel
- Japanese language ability (business level or above)
- Phone etiquette
- Previous work experience within Japanese company in Japan
