We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to manage and grow a territory across Melbourne, Geelong and surrounding areas, working with a premium portfolio of professional haircare products.

About the Opportunity
This is a commission-only opportunity operating as an independent contractor (ABN required). It's ideally suited to someone entrepreneurial who wants to take ownership of their success and build a thriving client base.
You'll manage an existing portfolio while also growing new business across salons, retailers, and wholesalers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a portfolio of approx. 130 clients
- Building strong, long-term relationships to drive sales and loyalty
- Conducting cold calling and business development
- Working 70% in the field / 30% phone-based
- Delivering product education and in-store consultations
- Supporting clients with merchandising and sales strategies
- Partnering with small businesses to increase performance and revenue
