About the Role:
 Reporting to the Warranty Manager, the Admin/Data Entry Clerk will provide accurate and efficient administrative support to assist in the processing of warranty claims, data entry, and reporting tasks. This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of system data and ensuring timely processing of warranty-related documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and experience working in fast-paced technical or operational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update warranty and service data across SAP, Era Pentana, and Excel systems.
- Assist with the preparation, filing, and management of warranty documentation and reports.
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks including document control and record management.
- Perform quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments to support smooth warranty operations.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry systems.
- Previous administrative experience in a professional, technical, or operational setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Full Australian working rights.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience using SAP and/or Era Pentana systems.
- Previous experience in the automotive, transport, or warranty administration sectors.
