Order Processor $35.15/hr | 6-Month Assignment - Monday to Friday | Stirling, Perth

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Processor to support our quote-to-cash cycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a globally recognised technology company, build your professional network, and develop in-demand skills.

Your Role

You'll be a key part of our sales operations team, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing orders via email, phone, and online portals
• Assisting sales teams with quote preparation and conversion
• Tracking orders and communicating proactively with customers
• Providing support on shipping, software provisioning, and product availability
• Collaborating with global inventory and logistics teams
• Ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance
• Performing quality checks on pricing, product codes, and delivery details

What You'll Bring

• Experience in order processing or administration or sales support (required).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, fluent in English
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ERP systems, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office is advantageous - training provided
• Asian language skills a bonus
• Bachelor's degree preferred (but not essential)
