We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Processor to support our quote-to-cash cycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a globally recognised technology company, build your professional network, and develop in-demand skills.

Your Role
You'll be a key part of our sales operations team, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing orders via email, phone, and online portals
- Assisting sales teams with quote preparation and conversion
- Tracking orders and communicating proactively with customers
- Providing support on shipping, software provisioning, and product availability
- Collaborating with global inventory and logistics teams
- Ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance
- Performing quality checks on pricing, product codes, and delivery details
What You'll Bring
- Experience in order processing or administration or sales support (required).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, fluent in English
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ERP systems, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office is advantageous - training provided
- Asian language skills a bonus
- Bachelor's degree preferred (but not essential)
