Sales Representative - Junior level

We are currently seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join a growing logistics and freight forwarding business based in Gregory Hills, NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career-including recent graduates-who is eager to build a career in sales and business development within the logistics and freight forwarding industry. You will be supported by an experienced team, receive full training, and have clear opportunities for long-term career growth.

About the Company

Our client is an established logistics and freight forwarding company specialising in:

• Ocean and air freight

• Customs clearance

• Warehousing and distribution

With continued business growth, they are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Sales professional to support their expanding customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Support B2B business development activities, including identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients

• Assist with preparing sales quotes, and proposals

• Follow up on client enquiries, and sales opportunities

• Maintain accurate Client and sales data using internal systems (including CargoWise)

• No cold calling / No account management

About You

• CargoWise knowledge/experience is bonus (if you dont have it, that is totally fine as full trainig will be provided)

• 1-2 years of work experience (graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Full working rights in Australia (Citizen or Permanent Resident)

• Able to commute to Gregory Hills, NSW

• Open to a hybrid work arrangement after training
