Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers and new business opportunities within the FMCG and consumer products market
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales members
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the CRM system
- Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the FMCG / consumer products sector
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
About You
- Professional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new people
- Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, administration, or exposure to FMCG / consumer products is advantageous but not essential
