Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers and new business opportunities within the FMCG and consumer products market
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales members
Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the CRM system
Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the FMCG / consumer products sector
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
About You
Professional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new people
Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)
Previous experience in sales, customer service, administration, or exposure to FMCG / consumer products is advantageous but not essential
