Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up to create sales opportunities
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers
About You
- Communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Asian language skills (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, etc.) are highly regarded
- Some sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage
- Well-organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new people
- Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)
