As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be part of a close-knit sales team reporting directly to the General Manager, with real influence on the company's growth strategy. You'll focus on securing new business across Victoria, targeting major clients in healthcare, government, and enterprise sectors.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing accounts (70% new business focus). 
- Align tailored technology and process solutions with client needs to create measurable value. 
- Engage with senior stakeholders and procurement teams, influencing decisions at a strategic level. 
- Lead complex tender processes and proposals, coordinating with internal teams across legal, IT, and HR. 
- Build and maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring sustainable growth. 
- Deliver high-impact presentations and solutions that position the company as a trusted partner. 
What You'll Bring
- Proven success as a BDM or Senior Account Executive (4+ years), with a strong record of securing new clients. 
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging C-suite and procurement decision-makers. 
- Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and strong negotiation abilities. 
- Confidence in creating value through technology, automation, and managed services. 
- Tender writing and proposal experience with attention to detail. 
- A valid driver's licence and full Australian working rights.
