Our client, a leading global FMCG company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mandarin-Speaking Sales Representative to join their collaborative and supportive team in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who excels at building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving growth while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Identify prospects, schedule appointments, conduct sales calls, and manage the full sales cycle to successfully close deals.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations, address client objections, and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services.
Prepare accurate reports, proposals, and presentation materials for executive-level meetings.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and following a structured sales approach.
Collaborate with fellow sales representatives to ensure team targets are met and company standards are upheld.
Visit clients and potential clients to assess requirements and effectively promote products and services.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the FMCG sector.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, with great verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with sales management software and SAP.
Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism and maintain high standards of integrity.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Exceptional time management and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
