Territory Manager

Hoban Recruitment on behalf of our client is seeking a driven Territory Manager based in Melbourne (Tullamarine) to lead the growth of a leading global power generation brand across Australia, New Zealand, and selected Oceania markets. This is a newly created role offering ownership, influence, and the chance to make a real impact in the power generation industry.

What you bring to the role:

• Engineering or business degree, preferably with mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of the diesel generator/ power generation market, with local Australian market expertise highly regarded.
• Proven track record in customer-focused business development and relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within your territory.
