We're growing our team in Seven Hills and are looking for a driven, people-focused 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a blue-collar desk. If you enjoy connecting with others, work well under pressure, and are looking to build a meaningful long-term career, keep reading!

In this role, you'll support major warehousing, logistics and manufacturing clients by finding the right people to keep their operations running smoothly.

About the Role

• Writing and posting job ads, screening resumes and conducting interviews

• Coordinating onboarding, VEVO and compliance checks

• Filling temp blue-collar job orders across warehousing, logistics & manufacturing

• Managing rosters and supporting payroll, compliance and general admin

• Conducting client site visits and building strong relationships

• Warm desk with room for growth and opportunities to build new client partnerships

• Full 360 role managing your own desk while also working collaboratively across all sites within a supportive industrial team

About You

• Previous recruitment experience (blue-collar or industrial environment preferred)

• Strong client management and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable with business development and growing a desk

• Excellent communication, organisation and multitasking abilities

• Ability to manage competing priorities and stay calm when things get busy

• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
