A well-established mortgage business with more than 20 years in the industry is currently experiencing strong lead growth and is looking to expand its lending team with experienced Mortgage Brokers and Client-Facing Parabrokers.

With more incoming opportunities than the current team can service, this is a genuine growth opportunity for lending professionals who can confidently manage client relationships, structure deals, and convert quality leads.

The business operates within the mortgage industry and is led by a highly experienced industry professional with a strong reputation and established client base.

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for:

Experienced Mortgage Brokers

You will:

• Manage and convert warm database and inbound leads
• Conduct client fact-finds and structure lending solutions
• Drive loans through to settlement
• Work closely with local and offshore support teams

Client-Facing Parabrokers

You will:

• Support brokers through the loan process
• Liaise directly with clients and lenders
• Manage documentation and workflow progression
• Work alongside offshore processing support

What We're Looking For

Mortgage Brokers

• Minimum 2-3 years' mortgage broking or lending experience
• Strong understanding of deal structuring
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to independently manage a pipeline

Backgrounds from the following highly regarded:

• Mortgage brokerages
• Bank mobile lending
• Non-bank / specialist lending
• Senior credit assessment

Parabrokers

• Previous lending, broking support, or credit analysis experience
• Strong spoken and written English communication
• Comfortable speaking directly with clients
• Connective / Nexus CRM experience highly desirable

Attractive Salary & Commission Structure

Mortgage Brokers

• Base salary: $80K - $150K+ depending on experience
• Superannuation paid on top
• Additional commission structure based on settled volume
• Long-term annual bonus structure available for high performers

Parabrokers

• Salary range: $80K - $110K depending on experience
