This is an exceptional opportunity to join as a Junior Associate within the Project Finance team at major global asset investor managing a large-scale balance sheet, actively investing across fixed income, structured products, and private markets.
We are seeking candidates with a few years of experience in accounting.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will provide operational support in Project and Asset Finance loan transactions. This role involves ensuring accurate and efficient processing of documentation and data, as well as supporting the execution of transactions.
While prior loan administration experience is not required, strong English communication skills and proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP level) are essential. A few years of accounting experience and collaborative, team-oriented mindset is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
If you have 1-3 years of accounting experience, full training is provided to do the following job.
Loan Administration & Execution
- Prepare loan administration documentation, including data input, verification, and review of Loan Ringi and related files under senior supervision
- Support loan execution processes in coordination with agent banks and relevant stakeholders
Remittance
- Prepare remittance instructions under guidance from senior team members
Middle Office Operations
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports for regulatory authorities, the parent company, and other stakeholders
AML & Compliance
- Support the preparation and handling of AML/CTF and compliance documentation in coordination with the compliance team
Team Support
- Provide guidance to junior and new team members
- Collaborate with and support colleagues across departments
General Administration
- Assist in drafting updates to operational procedures and manuals
Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks as reasonably assigned by the company
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP)
- Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
- Japanese language skills are advantageous but not required
- Must hold Australian Citizenship, Permanent Resident and Partner Visa
