Financial Manager―Japanese Speaker-High Remuneration
We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join a well-established and reputable organisation with a diverse portfolio of group companies. This role offers strong exposure across financial reporting, compliance, and strategic support within a multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Reporting
- Manage financial reporting for group companies, including month-end, year-end, and statutory accounts
- Oversee consolidations and intercompany transactions
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders and shareholders
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Tax & Compliance
- Prepare and lodge BAS, FBT, and support tax compliance activities
- Liaise with external advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance
Cash Flow & Operations
- Manage cash flow, payments, and banking relationships
- Oversee invoicing, receivables, and financial records
Audit & Governance
- Coordinate external audits and prepare required documentation
- Support internal controls and governance processes
Budgeting & Business Support
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, and provide variance analysis
- Support financial modelling, project analysis, and investment decisions
- Provide insights to support strategic business decisions
About You
- Proven experience in a Financial Manager or senior finance role
- Japanese language skills are advantageous but not required
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
