About the Role
As the Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating time-sensitive clinical bookings, managing customer orders and ensuring specialised medical products are accurately allocated and delivered when required.
Working closely with hospitals, surgeons, internal teams and external stakeholders, you will use your strong organisational skills, attention to detail and customer focus to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process customer orders and clinical bookings accurately
- Manage product allocations based on customer requirements, availability and business processes
- Liaise with hospitals, healthcare professionals, sales teams and internal departments
- Coordinate urgent and time-sensitive requests, including shipments and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and system updates
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely solutions
- Support compliance, audit requirements and process improvements
- Work collaboratively with clinical, logistics and operations teams
About You
You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining customer service, coordination and technical knowledge.
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, hospital administration or a similar technical environment
- Qualifications in Medical Science, Biomedical Science, Health Science, Pharmacology, Allied Health or a related discipline (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent requests
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite (highly desirable)
