The Opportunity

We're looking for energetic, customer-focused people to join our casual team for the Melbourne Royal Show, running Thursday 24 September - Sunday 4 October 2026. This iconic 11-day event celebrates Victoria's agricultural heritage and draws hundreds of thousands of visitors. If you love fast-paced environments and being part of something big, this is your moment to shine.

Your Role Will Include

• Delivering exceptional customer service to attendees
• Supporting operational excellence across areas like gates, info hubs, livestock pavilions, and call centres
• Helping create a smooth, enjoyable experience for every guest

What We're Looking For

• All applicants must be above 18 years
• Able to provide current Working with Children Check Employee Card
• Full availability across all 11 days of the show
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, proactive attitude
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a bonus
