About the Role
Working within a busy outbound contact centre environment, you will engage with prospective students and guide them through course enrolment opportunities. You'll build rapport, understand customer needs, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.
This is a target-driven role suited to someone who enjoys sales, thrives under pressure, and is motivated by results and rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls to warm leads
- Build strong relationships with prospective students
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable study options
- Achieve daily and weekly sales KPIs
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes in CRM systems
- Follow up enquiries and nurture leads through the sales process
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing sales team
- Participate in ongoing sales coaching and training sessions
What We're Looking For
We are looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales success.
Ideal Experience Includes:
- Call centre sales experience
- Energy, telecom, insurance or membership sales
- Face-to-face fundraising or charity sales
- Retail sales with KPI targets
- High-volume outbound calling environments

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Optional Saturday overtime available
