Our client is a growing online education provider specialising in nationally recognised qualifications across Mental Health, Community Services, Youth Work, and Alcohol & Other Drugs. They are focused on helping students build meaningful, long-term careers through flexible online study, strong learner support, and practical, job-ready outcomes.
With high student satisfaction and a strong reputation in the education sector, the business is currently in a significant growth phase. As a result, they are expanding their sales team and strengthening their presence in their Armadale office.
About the Role
This is a full-time Sales Consultant position within a high-performing call centre environment. You will be speaking with prospective students who have already shown interest in studying, understanding their career goals, and guiding them through the enrolment process from start to finish.
This is a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales role suited to someone who enjoys structured targets, meaningful conversations, and being rewarded for performance through uncapped commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with warm leads from digital marketing channels (website, social media, enquiries)
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand student goals and course suitability
- Manage the full enrolment journey from initial contact through to conversion
- Follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records
- Work towards daily and weekly KPIs including call activity, talk time, and enrolment targets
- Deliver a high level of customer service while driving sales outcomes
