Stone Fabricator

We are seeking a motivated Stone Fabricator to join a high-performing production team. This role involves working with specialised machinery and applying hands-on skills to produce high-quality stone products efficiently and accurately.
You will receive training across a range of fabrication processes and equipment, with opportunities to develop your skills through a structured training framework and support from experienced team leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality stone fabrication, polishing, and mitring in line with CAD production drawings
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the fabrication process
- Follow production schedules and job sheets to meet deadlines
- Inspect products before and after processing to ensure quality standards
- Identify and report defects to the Team Leader
- Mark and prepare products for further processing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Load and pack A-frames for dispatch to installers
- Assist with cross-training on machinery such as inline polishers and saws
- Contribute to team success and support meeting production targets
- Participate in toolbox meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience
- Experience in stone masonry, manufacturing, or production environments (preferred)
