This is a permanent, full-time role based onsite in Canning Vale.
Monday-Friday | 9am-5pm (with some flexibility)
$65,000 + Super + Performance Commissions

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key part in maintaining the company's reputation for exceptional after-sales support and customer care.
You'll be:
- Providing transactional after-sales support
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email (steady workflow)
- Supplying accurate information across a large and varied product range
- Working within Pronto ERP (experience highly regarded)
- Supporting internal teams to ensure seamless service
- Participating in team meetings and company initiatives
This is a role for someone who enjoys being organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
