Sales Administration

We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join our energetic team in Lalor. This role is ideal for someone at an early stage in their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within the logistics, imports, and exports industry.
In this position, you will be a key part of our sales admin operations, handling order entries, processing customer requests, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. You will handle phone and email enquiries, maintain accurate records, and support efficient workflow while providing excellent customer service.
This is an office-based role from Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm. We are seeking someone passionate about logistics, keen to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality service in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Enter and maintain order information in our system
Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally
Provide excellent customer service and support
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations
Support delivery operations as needed, including loading items onto trucks or vans
Comply with WHS (Work Health and Safety) policies and procedures
Perform other duties as directed by the company
- Handle any ad-hoc duties required by manager
Requirements & Qualifications
Good experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Passionate about logistics, imports, and exports
Reliable transportation (own car required as public transport is limited)
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative team spirit
