Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Japanese Speaking Trading Administrator fluent in Japanese and English to support their trading operations. You will be a key point of contact for Japanese clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient processing of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily trading operations and administrative tasks
Communicate with Japanese clients and suppliers via email, phone, and online platforms
Prepare, review, and maintain trading documents and contracts
Coordinate shipment schedules, order confirmations, and logistics details
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely processing of orders
Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements:
Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
Previous experience in trading, logistics, or administrative roles preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
