Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Japanese Speaking Trading Administrator fluent in Japanese and English to support their trading operations. You will be a key point of contact for Japanese clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient processing of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily trading operations and administrative tasks
- Communicate with Japanese clients and suppliers via email, phone, and online platforms
- Prepare, review, and maintain trading documents and contracts
- Coordinate shipment schedules, order confirmations, and logistics details
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely processing of orders
- Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in trading, logistics, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
