As the business continues to grow, we're looking for a Contractor Care Officer to support the end-to-end management of our contractor workforce.
About the Role
This is an essential coordination role focused on delivering a seamless contractor experience while ensuring compliance with client, legislative and internal requirements. Acting as a central point of contact, you'll work closely with consultants, contractors, clients, payroll and commercial teams to manage onboarding, agreements, compliance and ongoing contractor support.
You'll play a key role in keeping processes running smoothly, identifying improvements and ensuring contractors feel supported, informed and engaged throughout their assignments.
Important details:
- This is a 3 month assignment, with the possibility of extension!
- Working Monday - Friday 9-5pm (flex) - WFH available after 1 month
- Office located in Australia Square in Sydney CBD - close to public transport!
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for contractor enquiries, onboarding, and process support
- Prepare and manage contractor agreements, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate contractor onboarding and ensure all systems and records are accurate and up to date
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with contractors, supporting care and engagement initiatives
- Monitor compliance with internal standards, client requirements, and legislative obligations
- Support audits, reporting, and client compliance activities
- Track contract terms, expiry dates, and key obligations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with internal teams including consultants, payroll, and commercial to ensure alignment
About You
You're organised, proactive, and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly. You're comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, handling sensitive information, and balancing compliance with a positive contractor experience.
You'll bring:
- Experience in administration, contractor care, recruitment coordination, compliance, HR, or labour hire environments
- Strong attention to detail and confidence managing documentation and systems
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, supportive approach
- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn
