Storeperson (2PM - 10PM)

Location: Gepps Cross
Shift: Afternoon | 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Mon-Fri)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our Afternoon Shift team in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This role focuses on decanting operations (reverse picking), where stock is counted and replenished into totes for distribution. A Forklift License is required as well.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, process-driven role involving:

• Counting and replenishing stock into totes (high-volume, repetitive tasks)
• Working with small items requiring precision and accuracy
• Supporting general warehouse operations including picking and walking between stations
• Working in an assembly-line style environment

While a forklift licence is required, please note that this is not a forklift-heavy position - the majority of your time will be spent on manual, detail-focused tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with counting
• Good numeracy skills and confidence handling large volumes of small items
• High level of dexterity and fine motor skills
• Reliable, consistent, and able to maintain focus throughout the shift
• Forklift licence (mandatory)
• Ability to work on your feet and walk throughout the shift
• Must have a current police check or willing to apply ASAP
