• APS6 - Senior Specialist: Leads significant projects, provides expert advice, mentors staff.
• EL1 - Manager: Oversees teams, delivers strategic outcomes, manages stakeholder relationships.
• EL2 - Senior Leader: Directs divisions, shapes policy, advises executives, drives high-level decisions.
