Are you an experienced coordinator with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality learning and development programs? We're seeking an APS6 Level Lead Deployment Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting national frontline learning initiatives.
This role offers the chance to lead deployment activities, manage training schedules, support a high‑performing team, and contribute to impactful learning programs across a large, fast‑paced organisation.
About the Role
As the Lead Deployment Coordinator, you will play a central role in managing the end‑to‑end deployment of learning programs. You'll oversee training enrolments, coordinate communication across multiple stakeholders, develop reports, and support the wider learning team to ensure seamless and effective training delivery.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage the enrolment of staff in eLearnings and facilitated training sessions.
- Lead and support a small team performing related deployment functions.
- Create and distribute training completion reports.
- Create, test and deploy learning modules within the organisation's Learning Management System (LEAP).
- Manage the rollout of organisation‑wide training deployments.
- Anticipate, respond to and manage stakeholder needs.
- Monitor and resolve inbound enquiries via Jira Service Desk, Outlook and MS Teams.
- Manage competing priorities, set timelines and delegate tasks effectively.
- Prepare correspondence and undertake administrative duties for frontline learning programs.
- Support broader operational and personnel functions within the learning team.
- Maintain the ongoing delivery of learning programs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Set priorities for the work area, maintain team cohesion and ensure high‑quality outputs.

- Experience creating, analysing and distributing reports.
- Strong understanding of communication etiquette and protocols.

- Practical problem‑solving skills to resolve issues as they arise.
Desirable Criteria
- Qualifications in business administration, office management, project management, learning and development, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Experience using LEAP or another Learning Management System (LMS).
- Experience with Jira Service Desk.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead projects and manage multiple competing priorities.
Knowledge Required
- Proficiency in administrative processes and office management.
- Experience developing, analysing and distributing reporting outputs.
- Awareness of communication protocols for internal and external interactions.
- Understanding of confidentiality, privacy and information handling standards.
- Knowledge of problem‑solving techniques and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in administration, L&D, project management or similar fields.
- Highly desirable: previous experience with LEAP or similar LMS platforms.
- Highly desirable: previous Jira Service Desk experience.
- Demonstrated capability to operate proactively and manage responsibilities in a busy environment.
