ASO2 Level Expiation Notice Officer

Pay Rate: $38.08 per hour
We have an exciting opportunity for an ASO2 Level Expiation Notice Officer to join a dynamic team in the Adelaide CBD. This is a full-time, on-site role with an initial 3-month contract and the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
What You'll Do
- Assess, process, and issue Expiation Notices
- Provide accurate and prompt customer service
- Handle telephone enquiries in a call centre environment
- Maintain database records and perform general office tasks
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service skills, including handling difficult and aggressive callers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and large databases
- Ability to interpret rules, regulations, and procedures accurately
- Strong organisational skills to manage high workloads and competing priorities
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Mandatory: Current National Police Clearance

- Full-time only (no part-time or hybrid/WFH options)
- Must be available to start immediately
- Working Holiday Visa holders are not eligible
