ASO4 Level Workforce Business Partner

Location: North Terrace, Adelaide
Duration: Full-time, 6-month initial term (potential for extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $49.65 - $52.05 per hour

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic government team in Adelaide. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HR advice and support to leadership and staff.
• Assist with workforce planning, employee relations, and policy implementation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Government HR experience is essential (Health sector experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
