We are seeking motivated Pick Packers and High Reach Forklift Operators to join a growing team in Swanbank. Available Opportunities

• Pick Packers - $34.96 per hour + Super + Overtime
• High Reach Forklift Operators - $36.81 per hour + Super + Overtime

Shift Times Available: 6:00am-2:00pm | 8:00am-4:00pm | 9:00am-5:00pm

About the Roles

Depending on your experience, your duties may include:

Pick Packing

• Picking and packing customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Stock counting and inventory control

High Reach Forklift Operation

• Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Replenishment and putaway duties
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers

General Warehouse Duties

• RF scanning and inventory management
• Pallet wrapping and manual handling (up to 25kg repetitively)
• Maintaining a safe, organised work environment
• Working collaboratively to achieve daily operational targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Current High Risk Forklift Licence and experience operating counterbalance or high reach machinery (required for forklift positions)
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
• Experience using RF scanners (beneficial but not essential)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Willingness to complete a police check and drug and alcohol test prior to commencement
• Unlimited working rights in Australia
