Car Auction Driver / Labourer

Position: Car Yard Driver

Location: Eagle Farm

Shift: 8 am to 4 pm

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently move a variety of cars around the auction yard.
• Perform basic cleaning and detailing of vehicles.
• Conduct basic pre-sale checks and duties on vehicles before display.
• Fill out basic forms on vehicles when required.
• Occasionally pick up rubbish and clean the yard.
• Safely use hand and power tools.

Requirements:

• Valid open driver's license with manual experience.
• Confidence in maneuvering vehicles in tight spaces.
• Comfortable working on your feet for 8 hours per day.
• Ability to safely walk 15-30km per day in all weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Comfortable cleaning and detailing vehicles and handling rubbish and dirt.
• Ability to prioritize and problem-solve throughout the day.
• Handle high volume workload on auction days.
• Ability to get in and out of cars repetitively and walk long distances.
• Able to pass a Police Check.
