Office Administrator | Accounts & Data Entry
Are you a highly organised administrator with strong computer skills and a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join a supportive and friendly team in a fast-paced environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining administration, accounts support, and data entry. While experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain is advantageous, it is not essential. We are open to candidates from a range of industries who can demonstrate strong administrative capabilities and a willingness to learn.

- Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm
- Competitive hourly rate of approximately $36-$37 per hour

Key responsibilities:
- Accounts payable and receivable administration
- Data entry and maintenance of records
- Processing invoices and financial documentation
- General office administration duties
- Assisting with reporting and spreadsheet management
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
About you:
- Strong computer skills are essential
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Previous administration experience in an office environment
- Experience with accounts payable, receivable, or finance administration highly regarded
- Experience using CargoWise is advantageous, but training can be provided
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
