                        APS6 People Policy and Workplace Relations - 7 Month Opportunity
 Location: Geelong and Richmond, VIC
Are you looking to contribute to meaningful work in a collaborative and inclusive environment? This 7-month opportunity is available in Geelong and Richmond Vic for individuals with a strong background in people policy and workplace relations.
As an APS6 People Policy and Workplace Relations team member, you will help shape employment policies, support strategic HR initiatives, and provide expert advice across the organisation. You'll work alongside experienced professionals in a team that values integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
 While tasks may vary, the role typically includes:
- Researching and applying conditions from enterprise agreements, policies, and legislation.
- Supporting the development and implementation of employment-related policies and procedures.
- Providing clear and accurate advice to build manager capability and organisational understanding.
- Coordinating and contributing to HR projects and business process improvements.
- Building and maintaining relationships across internal and external HR networks.
Ideal Candidate
 You may be:
- Experienced in administration and confident using Microsoft Office - essential.
- Skilled in interpreting legislation and policy with sound judgment.
- A clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Passionate about contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace.
