A respected State Government Agency is seeking a Temporary AO6 Senior Advisor (Talent Acquisition) to support strategic recruitment and workforce delivery within a major infrastructure division based in Brisbane.

- Type: Temporary Labour Hire Assignment, Full Time Hours
- Location: Brisbane CBD (Office based, no work from home option)
- Rate: $77.02 per hour + Superannuation
About the Role:
 The AO6 Senior Advisor (Talent Acquisition) will act as the primary HR contact for the division, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for high volume and executive level positions. The role will partner closely with hiring managers and an external recruitment agency to ensure compliance with government policies and the successful delivery of workforce objectives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to deliver under pressure are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and oversee contract performance and compliance.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed recruitment performance reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate recruitment timelines, priorities, and resources to achieve workforce goals.
- Oversee onboarding processes within HR systems to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR and legislative requirements.
- Other duties as required.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably within government or a similar complex environment.
- Full working rights in Australia.
Highly Regarded:
- Experience engaging with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Queensland public sector recruitment policies, procedures, and legislation.
