EL1 Scrum Master - Agile Delivery Lead (L&D)

Daily Rate: $602.55 + super | Location: Adelaide | Start: ASAP - til 31 December 2026
You will design and implement an Agile delivery framework for L&D initiatives, coach teams, and facilitate collaboration to achieve strategic learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, establish, and embed an Agile delivery framework tailored for L&D projects.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and upskill L&D staff to build sustainable Agile capability.
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to prioritise delivery backlogs.
- Implement delivery tools, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
- Remove barriers, manage risks, and ensure alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, reflection, and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic advice on Agile delivery to leadership.
About You
- Demonstrated experience establishing Agile frameworks within Learning & Development functions.
- Proven success as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach in complex environments.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate Agile principles into practical approaches for learning delivery.
- Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft 365) for backlog and sprint tracking.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
- Knowledge of digital learning platforms, authoring tools, and LMS systems.
- Adaptability and initiative to operate in evolving environments.
- Desirable: Certified Scrum Master or equivalent; qualifications in learning design or education technology; experience in public sector or large organisational learning environments.
