HOBAN Recruitment is seeking motivated and reliable Compounding Assistants to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility based in Coorparoo. Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their team and is looking for individuals who are eager to learn and build a long-term career within a clean and modern production environment.

Both day and afternoon shifts are available with immediate starts on offer.


Shifts:

• Monday to Friday | 6:54am to 3:00pm | $35.50 per hour
• Monday to Thursday | 1:00pm to 9:06pm & Friday | 11:00am to 7:06pm | $39.76 per hour

About the Role:

Working within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for preparing, checking, labelling and packing products while ensuring strict quality and safety standards are maintained.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking materials and components for production orders
• Performing quality checks and accurately labelling products
• Packing and boxing finished products for dispatch
• Preparing materials for the compounding process
• Checking product information, batch numbers and expiry dates
• Sanitising materials before production
• Transferring prepared products into clean room environments
• Completing production documentation and records
• Using computer systems to support daily operations
• Following strict quality, safety and hygiene procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

 

What We're Looking For:

• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or pharmaceutical environments is highly regarded but not essential
