Key Responsibilities
- Operate High Reach forklifts confidently at height, including handling irregular or difficult freight
- Use Hyster forklifts with camera guidance systems (training provided)
- Pick packing and general warehouse duties
- Assist with inventory control and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and support translation where required
What You'll Need
- ✅ Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills (essential)
- ✅ Minimum 12 months High Reach + counterbalance forklift experience
- ✅ Valid LF forklift licence
- ✅ Experience with pick packing (highly regarded)
- ✅ Exposure to inventory systems / WMS (advantageous)
- ✅ Ability to pass Police Check, Drug & Alcohol screening, and random ongoing testing
- ✅ Strong attention to detail with a team-focused mindset
