Forklift Driver via HOBAN Recriutment

We're excited to be seeking a motivated and reliable Forklift Driver with a valid forklift licence to join our client's dynamic warehouse team at Moorabbin Airport.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands-on role at the core of warehouse operations, where no two days are the same. You'll gain valuable experience working across both high-reach and counterbalance forklifts, supporting smooth stock flow, and ensuring accuracy in all aspects of inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders
  
• Replenish stock to pick faces
  
• Manage inbound shipments, including unloading and putting away 2-3 containers per week
  
• Support stock control and maintain accurate inventory records
  
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
  
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
  
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
  

What We're Looking For

• Valid forklift licence
  
• Experience operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts
  
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  
• Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse duties
