Freight Coordinator

Are you looking to step into a stable, long-term role within a busy and supportive dispatch environment? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Freight Coordinator to join the Dispatch team at a large 3PL warehouse located in Truganina.

This position offers a mix of manual checks and computer-based processing, all tasks are completed indoors within the warehouse.

Location: Truganina Vic

Rate: $37.13 per hour

Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:00pm

Temp to Perm Opportunity (for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Check and process customer orders accurately
• Create invoices, pallet dockets and dispatch documentation
• Pick, pack and stage outbound freight as required
• Coordinate daily dispatch runs and transport bookings
• Liaise with carriers and ensure freight is ready for pickup
• Complete manifesting and final freight accuracy checks
• Handle daily admin using Outlook and Excel

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment, ideally as a Team Leader
• Comfortable with manual handling and lifting as required
• Strong attention to detail in both physical and system-based order checks
• Confident computer skills and the ability to work across multiple systems
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team
