Key Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications with current accreditation and membership with applicable Professional Peak Bodies
- Be registered with AHPRA or be a current member of AHPA
- Bring extensive clinical experience across health, allied health or disability sectors
Eligible Qualifications (minimum 3 years' experience in field):
- Occupational Therapy
- Prosthetics & Orthotics
- Speech Pathology
- Physiotherapy
- Psychology
- Registered Nursing (AHPRA eligible)
- Social Work
- Mental Health Practice
- Specialist Behavioural Support
- Medico‑Legal Allied Health
- Audiology
About the Role
As a Health Technical Adviser, you will play a key part in supporting staff and partners by offering expert guidance, sound clinical insights and high‑quality written advice.
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Providing written expertise on participant support needs
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues on appropriate support recommendations
- Managing complex and sensitive conversations with professionalism
- Collaborating with stakeholders, delegates, partners and service providers
- Delivering subject matter expertise across your discipline
- Maintaining accurate and high‑quality written and telephone advice
- Navigating internal systems with strong IT competency
