Temporary Local Government Opportunities We are seeking reliable and experienced outdoor workers for several temporary local government opportunities.

Gardener – Maintain parks, gardens, streetscapes and public spaces.

• MR Licence & Cert III Horticulture required
• ASAP start
• Approx. 8 weeks, with potential extension
• Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm

Arborist – Undertake tree pruning, removal, planting and general arboriculture work.

• MR Licence, Chainsaw & White Card required
• Arboriculture and working-at-heights experience highly regarded
• ASAP start
• Approx. 6–8 weeks, with potential extension
• Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm

Tree Establishment Team Member – Operate a watering truck and support the maintenance of newly established trees.

• MR Licence required
• Water truck and horticultural experience highly regarded
• ASAP start
• Until 30 October 2026
• Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–7:00pm

City Clean Team Member – Undertake waste removal, hazard removal, emergency response and general labouring.

• MR Licence & White Card required
• General labouring/outdoor maintenance experience highly regarded
• ASAP start
• Until 19 March 2027
• Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm
