Venue Support Officer
Location: South Australia, Osborne

We’re seeking a Venue Support Officer to join a busy community and sports facility in the Western Suburbs.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service. You’ll be a key point of contact for community members, sporting groups, program participants and visitors.

About the roleYou’ll be responsible for:
- Providing friendly customer service face-to-face, over the phone and online.
- Managing bookings, payments and customer enquiries.
- Setting up and packing down courts, rooms and event spaces.
- Moving equipment, tables, chairs, signage and other materials as required.
- Supporting programs, activities, functions and events.
- Helping maintain safe, clean and welcoming facilities.
- Providing information and assistance to visitors.
- Supporting day-to-day operations and assisting with canteen duties when required.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, community-focused approach.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Essential requirements
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
- Current SA Working with Children Check, or willingness to undergo screening.
- Child Safe Environments training, or willingness to complete it.
